There are the following modifications

 

1.更大可动面积的球形阀 极限偏移角度可达25°

A ball valve with a larger movable area and a limit offset angle of up to 25°

 

2.翻转球阀安装,可以让气动接头位置更低

Flip the ball valve installation to allow the pneumatic joint to be positioned lower

 

 

3.一体打印铰链,无需耗材加固,结构强度完全够用

Integrated printed hinge, no consumable reinforcement is required, and the structural strength is fully sufficient

4.模型自带裙边,保证成功率且易拆除

The model with brim, which ensures success rate and easy to remove.

全部模型不需要支撑

用时大约43分钟。耗材消耗约14克

需要在需要安装的位置开一个直径22mm的孔

打印为PC4-M6气动接头,内置优化版M6螺纹,可轻松手拧。

Open a hole with a diameter of 22mm where it needs to be installed

Printed as pneumatic PC4-M6 connector, with built-in better M6 thread, which can be easily hand-tightened.

Use filament wire to secure hinges.

 

工作原理 打印两个逐渐狭窄的薄片用来卡住耗材,防止脱落

Working principle: Print two gradually narrower sheets to clamp the filament and prevent it from falling off.

 

 

使用8mm圆形磁铁(不高于2.5mm)从这个方向塞入,注意磁极的方向

Use an 8mm round magnet (no higher than 2.5mm) and insert it from this direction, paying attention to the direction of the magnetic poles.
