its just a figet for when you wait and it looks cool and is not as big a universal plug

Models for such devices should be banned. In countries where wearing a seat belt is mandatory, these devices are illegal

no no no that is not what it is for it is for a sort of car figet like when you are at a parking lot not for a real seat belt.
yes you would never play with this when the car is moving but I have an extra seat belt thing so I play with it there
