Print fails after 5 mins both times attempted, other prints/profiles have been perfect with no BPA issues.

Dunno why that would be happening your print. I have never had any issues with this model.

I'll give it a 3rd try and watch it closely to see if I spot anything, the machine is brand new and has been perfect for any other prints I've completed so definitely an anomaly.
