this is a model fully 3d printed flare gun. it has a working hammer and trigger to be more realistic. if you have any questions leave a comment, thanks for downloading!
this has been fixed with a better trigger spring an a better barrel
take the trigger pice and slide it through the top of the gun and install the peg. then take the hammer piece and slide it through the top and install it's peg. then take the spring and fit it into the cavity of the handle. after checking the mechanism works glue on the two handle pieces. and then put on the barrel with the last peg.
I think there's something wrong with the trigger mechanism I can cock it back but when I pull the trigger it stays cocked and I've tried pulling it harder but it just snaps
is this able to shoot actual aflres? looks much too small. shoiuld ity reall;y be called "fully working" ? or is iut for tiny flares? is that the standard flare size? I just want to make sure before i print :D Is it a real functional flare gun or a toy? if you have flares will it shoot them? do flares need propellent or are flaires shot spring loaded or how does that all work/ wheer do you buy flares that you can shootin the air anyway?
ahhh well shouldn't say "fully working" maybe "working prop" ... saying fully working means fully works to shoot flares lol which I bet your model could maybe do with a slight modification so cheer up mate we'll get there soon
Could you make a version of the grip texture (Print 2),where you it snaps in instead of laying on there almost loose,so we can achieve the true 100% mark?
Thx :)
