Simple support for LCD portable (model UYY 16.1")

Description
I thought I needed a different support than its original (protective case with support function on the worktop), a support less bulky and free of possible falls at the slightest movement more or less abrupt on the work table.
I therefore decided to design a support to keep the portable screen on the work table at a 70° angle alongside my notebook.
I want to clarify that this support has been designed based on the size of the 16.1" UYY screen, probably can also be adapted to other screens that have a maximum depth of 10.3 mm.
