Three-Meter Clothesline
This is a mount for a clothesline holder, which can be used in a Fiat Ducato, Citroen Jumper, Peugeot Boxer, RAM Promaster, some VW Crafter, Mercedes Benz Sprinter, and other transporters with sliding door rails.
You can use any clothesline holder similar to the Vileda Express radiator clothesline.
Each part must be printed twice to obtain a complete set.
Update 2020-12-12
For those who encounter difficulties with their filament while printing thin walls, the plug Big-Bumper-V4.stl should be used instead of Big-Bumper-V2.stl or Big-Bumper-V2a.stl.
The Big-Bumper-V2-TPU-Part.stl will also fit the Big-Bumper-V4.stl.

Update 2021-07-20
We have made a minor modification to Trockner-V3c.stl earlier this year and tested it with a VW Crafter RV and some Mercedes Benz Sprinter. It also works.
Update 2024-06-15
We have created a new TPU CONE V6. Due to the powder coating, you may need to adjust the size of the cone. Reduce the size to 98.3% or 96.5% to achieve a tight fit.

Dies ist eine Halterung für einen Wäscheleinenhalter Type Vileda Express , der in den Schiebetürschienen eines Fiat Ducato, Citroen Jumper, Peugeot Boxer, RAM Promaster, einiger VW Crafter, Mercedes Benz Sprinter und anderer Transporter verwendet werden kann.

Wer beim Drucken dünner Wände ein Problem mit seinem Filament hat, sollte statt Big-Bumper-V2.stl oder Big-Bumper-V2a.stl den Stecker Big-Bumper-V4.stl verwenden.Das Big-Bumper-V2-TPU-Part.stl passt auch auf Big-Bumper-V4.stl.(Update 18.04.2024: Diese Teile sind in diesem Projekt nicht mehr enthalten!)

Wir haben bereits Anfang des Jahres eine kleine Änderung an Trockner-V3c.stl vorgenommen und ihn mit einem VW Crafter RV und einigen Mercedes Benz Sprinter getestet. Hier funktioniert die Aufhängung jetzt auch.

Wir haben einen TPU KEGEL V6 entworfen und hinzugefügt. Zum besseren Halt muss eventuell die Größe des Kegel, abhängig von der Dicke der Pulverbeschichtung, auf 98,3% oder 96,5% angepasst werden.

Assembly Instructions
| Remove the original end caps from the frame. |  |
| Assemble the cone and TPU cover together. |  |
Push the cones onto the pipes.
Attention:Due to the powder coating, the cones may not fit! Do not apply excessive force. The cones could burst! |  |
Immerse the upper portion of the cone in boiling water for approximately one to two minutes. Then remove it from the water and press it onto the pipes.
