I am very surprised. No one ever had a problem like this. I have printed dozen of them and always fit properly. Really sorry. Ill have a look into it.

Just had a quick look at my design. All looks good.

This is a tollerance problem on your part. Tension your belts, calibrate your filament. i had this issue for ages until i did those things. I'd also recommend doing a tolerance test from makerworld. mine was at 0.20 when failing lightboxes after doing the other things my tolerance went to 0.5. :) i hope this helps.
