Print face down on the build plate

Make sure you flushing volumes are set appropriately because this prints from Black to White, and white is a color that will show any excess filament in other colors!

Couldn't get the face to print. Asked designer for help/suggestions and received no reply

Ornaments like this should be the same on both sides, it is not common that the face side will always be able to be displayed properly on a tree limb. All ornaments designed one sided have this issue and should be redone.

Hello, for some reason, I cannot get the model to print with the face outlines. His eyes and mouth just do not show on the first layer. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have tried the 3mf file downloaded from page and the raw model and neither will print the face. Help if you can please. TIA....BTW: YES, I am printing it face down.
