Because the bottom of the blade is not very big, I suggest adding brim, and the part of the hilt no need to add, I also suggest that the part of the blade can be printed with a shinier filament, so that it will be obvious to see the pattern on the blade!

Moreover, whether the brim of the blade is cleaned after printing is to determine how long the sword can be extended, if you find that the sword can not be extended to the length I said, then you may want to check this part!

These works were tested using x1c, the filament is PLA, using other printers and materials may produce different results, if you find that the print results are not as expected, please adjust the appropriate parameters!

Because it is designed to replace the blade way, so the sword handle at the end of the sword cover how to fix is very important, you can use two m3 * 8 screws, you can also use self-tapping screws of similar size, but please pay attention to the force of the locking screws, although the holes have been designed with draft angle, but too much force is still easy to break the holes!
