I really liked how spikeon attached his drill holder to the Multiboard but the tolerances on the thread were off and the part kept snapping out of the thread. I rebuilt the entire file in Fusion360 and added a proper thread that won't fall off.

seemed great at first with my ryobi drill but after hanging for about 2 days I found it on my floor.

Hey - that sucks! When it screws on does it screw in "tight"? or does it feel wobbly? the original i remixed from had very loose tolerances on the bolt - that's why i redid this. My more recent projects i've changed the way to attach them to the multiboard and i now really like using the small T bolts. Would that work for you? I"ve thought of making a new design that would attach kind of like this one does: https://www.printables.com/model/881529-multiboard-tray-for-ikea-pepprig-spray-bottle

it's tight, the part isn't falling but the drill slipped off, I put it back this time without the extra battery weight, hoping for the best

I know you said it wasn't the part - but i made a new one anyways with the two T-Bolts. If you continue to hvae issues, give that one a try.

THANKYOU! I naively printed 5 of the loose version this is based on. I went to screw it in as I completed my multiboard wall and was dismayed to fin it neither screwed in tightly at level. The t-bold variant you've provided is extremely secure. THANKYOU!
