Here we are with the second binder for our samples. This time we organize our filling models divided by type and percentage of filling.
I found it a good idea to replicate the style adopted for the filament sample organizer that you can find at the linkhttps://makerworld.com/en/models/111757#profileId-119659, so that we can place them on the shelf like books and thus create our personal library.
The assembly technique remains the same and the pieces to be assembled are perfectly compatible for both versions, only the cards for housing the samples and the external covers change, of which I will make the files available to you in step format so that you can modify them as you wish liking.
The internal cards are divided into 6 versions:
1. Type A upper label - (TLA)
2. Type B top label - (TLB)
3. Central label type A - (CLA)
4. Central label type B - (CLB)
5. Type A lower label - (CLA)
6. Type B bottom label - (CLB)
Type A differs from type B only in the engravings that indicate the type of filling.
Among the files you will also find the printing profile for the swatches, I thought it would be appropriate to print them in the 15%, 30% and 50% versions.
Obviously you are free to modify it as you wish and in this regard I have added an anonymous version of the label that you can customize according to your needs with Bambu Studio's "text shape" tool.
If, however, you need the three-module version, you will have to print the central module and the back part for this version, you can find them among the files at your disposal, refer to the attached instructions to better understand what has been explained above.
I also attach 3D PDF files that you will need to better visualize the assembly, they can be easily viewed with Adobe Acrobat or similar software.
I hope google translate did a good translation job.
As always, I hope you appreciate my idea.
Happy printing everyone, see you at the next publication.
