You can play with the X-Y axes all you like, but don't touch the Z axis or the layer structure will be disturbed.

You can switch the “Skin" color with practically any other color, and the end result will probably still be good enough.

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

PLA Black
PLA+ Skin
PLA White

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #12 (1.04mm) swap to Skin
At layer #15 (1.28mm) swap to White for the rest.
