I've printed two of these boxes now. I looked over the rules and didn't see any problem with a little tweak if it was for personal use. I hope that is alright. My wife carries a Sig 365xl Rose, so I put one on the box. The one with a rose was printed face up with supports on a P1S. the standard version was done on an X1 Carbon. both in PLA with a .4mm nozzle.

Looks pretty good. Some minor flaws i think i need to clean my build plate and run another to see if it is something on my end. Ran with inland Pla+ red

looks great and snaps closed tightly..... As long as there is no ammo in it. As soon as I loaded it the box wont close fully. Modified nothing except for coloring the 9MM on the lid. (Update) I prematurely posted this before testing it with other ammunition. it appears that the only ammunition I couldn't get to fit in it or speer gold dots that appear to be a little bit longer than most factory loaded 9 mm.

This cannot be. The 9mm Ammo has some space when its in. I printed 10 of them to take to the range fully loaded and closing is never a problem. You are also the First one to say that after a lot of downloads. What 9mm Ammo are you using?

I printed this in order to package the ammunition that I carry every day so that I could travel on an airplane with it. So I only tested it with my carry ammo. I decided to test it with other ammunition and it seemed to fit just fine so I went back and looked at my carry ammo and it appears that speer gold dots are a little bit longer than some other 9 mm rounds and that appeared to be the problem. My apologies for posting this before fully testing it. I will amend my original post. sorry about that

speer gold dots on either side of some federal premium. when the speers are loaded in the box near the hinge it prevents it from closing fully
