This quirky bit of kit from LoboCNC and AP come together to make an interesting neck tie that fits an average adult. Yes, Charmander in the photo is pretty big.

Printing Instructions:

• The default prints 1 RIGHT and 5 LEFT zipper sections for a standard size.
• For a longer zipper, print additional EXTENSION plates (each adds 10cm).

Assembly Guide:

• Look at the 2nd photo (without Charmander) and zoom in for more details on assembly.
• Flex the zipper links to increase flexibility.
• Connect the RIGHT section to the CENTER piece with a pin, ensuring a tight fit.
• Attach a LEFT section to the opposite side of the CENTER piece to form the zipper end.
• Evenly add LEFT sections to both sides, then join the zipper starting from the CENTER.

Slider Assembly:

• Fit the SLIDER TAB into the SLIDER LOOP; secure it into the SLIDER BODY.
• If loose, reinforce with superglue.

Final Steps:

• Slightly separate the zipper ends and slide the SLIDER BODY over them.
• Fully open the zipper with the slider, then connect the ends with the CONNECTOR piece and remaining pins.

Bonus:

• The default zipper pull is branded YKK (quite famous name). A BLANK zipper pull is included to put your own initials, monogram or other detail.

NOTE!

• The model is designed with a specific number of walls, infill and speed. Each part has it's own tuning to give the greatest success. If your printer is dialed in or the build plate is not clean, you're going to have a hard time. There are NO BRIMS necessary or used.
