This candy bowl is replicating the shape of original work of finnish designer Alvar Aalto, who designed the original "Aalto-vase" that was published in 1937. Original Aalto-vase is a finnish classic, originally made with glass into a wooden mold, and of course it is not completely possible to replicate the intricate shape and especially the uneven wall thickness of the original model. Also, this model is not supposed to be exactly similar, as I encourage everyone to search for original works of A.Aalto! However, I hope you enjoy the beauty of this! Please notice that it IS NOT ALLOWED to commercially produce this product, and this model is only for private fun.
