from factory the sunvisor of the nexx xwed2 helmet does not extend down far enough leading to optical irritation due to only shading parts of the line of sight.

the simple extended slider pushes the visor as far as the rest of the mechanics allow, greatly improving coverage.

installation is a little involved as the whole helmet needs to be disassembled.

a threaded insert needs to be removed from the stock slider and melted into the new pushbar.

some lubricant where the parts meet and a drop of weak threadlock should be used.

there will be a gap at the top leading to more airflow around the lens when riding with the main visor open.

for me this is ok as the lower sunvisor makes the helm much more enjoyable.

printed with pla and solid infill. needs to remain flexible but a little stiff at the same time.
