Description

This is the runout sensor relocation mount for use with the Embrace Making Universal Spool Stand. You can find the Spool Stand here:

Universal Spool Stand assembly video:

 

 

Print the ball joint mount with the underside of the ball fully supported. The two parts can be screwed together with the supplied hardware in the Universal Spool Stand hardware kit: M3 x 10 thread forming screw.

 

The runout sensor is mounted to the ball joint bracket using the supplied QTY:2 M3 x 20 thread forming screws.

 

This mounting solution has been confirmed to fit:

 

Ender 3 V3 (Core XZ). QTY: 2 M3 x 10 Socket Head Screws at rear of the top frame member. See video below for install walkthrough:

 

 

Also fits Ender 3 V3 SE/KE using the original M5x10 Button Head Cap Screws in the original spool mount location at the top of the frame.

 

Also fits traditional Ender 3 models (with V slot extrusion top frame). Therefore it should also work with Ender 3 clones using V slot extrusion top frame member. Use the included QTY:2 M3 T-Nuts + QTY:2 M3 x 10 Socket Head Cap Screws in the top slot of the V slot profile.
