Is your motor warm or hot to the touch? Install a fan which can be found anywhere online. Search for a fan like this: “30x30x10mm Aluminum High Speed HV Cooling Fan.” Simply 3d print it from the top up, find 4 * 2mm hex screws (found everywhere on the Traxxas Slash), and fasten them into the 4 holes (make sure to get any stringing off). Then take out the 2 long screws already in the Slash as shown in the pic and place them back with the fan mount in place. Connect your fan to your receiver or a power source and you're ready to go! Tips:

-Make sure all stringing is clear

-Tighten the screws little by little one by one

-DONT overtighten the screws

-PLA works best but PETG and others are great as well

-Put the wire through the hole and make sure you install it the right way

-Print the model from the flat side up with tree supports (easy to take off)
