A mini katana to impress your friends with or just have as a desk display. Prints in two pieces, so the blade can be a seperate color than the handle even if you do not have a multi color printer. Press fits together very seamlessly and tight, no glue required.

Used variable layer height to get thinner layer for the blade part. Also, used variable infill in order to print the blade in 100% infill and the handle in 15% infill. Printed the handle unside down on the build plate with supports only inside the hole in the handle. Supports were simple to remove and then the blade presses into the handle with a little bit of force to form a tight fit.
