Description

WD-40 Push-On Straw.

12cm long.

 

Print:

 

Print in two parts and then glue together. Ensure rounded part of elbow section is pushed onto WD-40 can, and non-rounded is fit into straw section.

Print with no supports on straw section and minimal support on elbow. Only support on build plate for elbow, or else supports will be impossible to remove from inside the piece.

 

Install:

 

Remove cap from can.

Fit replacement straw onto top of can, ensuring rounded part of elbow if pushed onto can.

@Tomany Sorry to hear. The tolerances are tight in order to prevent leakage. Maybe try printing slower?

the problem is exactly the opposite, the elbow enters the straw loosely and consequently it comes apart too easily and the hermetic seal is lost

@Tomany Oh, this is good to know. Thank you. Are you referring to the coupling between the straw and the elbow, or the elbow and the can? If it is the latter, I would be interested in knowing what the diameter of the attachment on your can is, in case it's a bit smaller.
