Quick Router Template I made to aid in making the growth chart for my child's room.

Easy print with no supports, although i would recommend printing one of the number blocks to test fitment in the main template before printing the rest of the blocks due to different settings and or filaments used that could cause tighter tolerances.

The number blocks should be snug, but not so tight that you cant remove them. You do not want the to move at all while routing.

I used a .25" Spiral upcut router bit with a guide bushing in a trim router.

I highly suggest marking out the board before starting.

You will need to alternate between the Number plate and the blank plate aligning the last slot cut in the board to the matching slot in the next template.

I went through and cut all of the sections with the numbers first, then came back with the blank plate to finish the rest of the lines.

Numbers are meant to be tight fitting, but should be able to be removed by pushing them with even pressure on opposing sides.
