Description

Created a display stand for my “Brick” Star Wars Tie Interceptor since its wings bow in if placed in the same orientation.

The stand uses a 2x4 plate that is “Brick” compatible and shouldn't stress your set's bricks.

The stand height is about 2" so be sure to check out what kind of clearance you need.

If you'd like a taller one, let me know and I'll put one together for you.

I made the base the same shape and detail as a standard Tie Fighter wing.

The stand portion has a fun detail that is similar to the classic Death Star walls that could be colored.

(Right now this side detail is a little small, so I might release another version with it scaled up.)

The stand is also designed in such as way that you do not need any supports with the max angle being about 30°.

I printed it in Bambu PLA Galaxy - Nebula which has a great space feel with a dark blue base with green and purple sparkle in it.

Enjoy and be sure to like and rate my model! 😊

Nice simple and good looking model, studs were a little tight but could be my filament calibration.

Nice! Hopefully the fit relaxes a little after you put your set on it a couple times. What ship is it for?
