I really recommend to not skip the post-process phase. Not only it makes the model look 10x better, but it is also a very relaxing and fun activity. I sanded the whole model, so it makes it smoother and the layer lines are not so visible. I applied 2 layers of primer, which smooths the model even more. After that I asked my talented girlfriend to paint it with acrylic colors. As a reference I provided the textured render, that I made following a YouTube tutorial. I think it came out great! Thank you

For modelling I used Blender. I made a pumpkin like shape out of a sphere via sculpting. The stalk was created out of 2 cylinders and edited in sculpting mode. I cut the bottom of the pumpkin using boolean difference tool to assure that the first layer will be nicely horizontal. This not only decreases the printing time, but it also reduces the total supports needed. I didn't really use any reference, I just sculpted what came to my mind, so any resemblance is purely coincidental.
