Strength Issue:broken on first wheel maybe I needed a stronger fil

I had the same thing. Broke off where the flap meets the base, sadly didn't take a picture. Printed in some generic PETG, will try PETG-CF or something.

Strange. I have used PLA, and the first print still works without any issues. Maybe PETG ist not flexible enough? If somebody could figure it out, I would be grateful.

Fast and easy to print, printed in PLA, which is probably why it was too flimsy to use.

Did you, by any chance, scale it down? I have printed it in PLA, too, and imho it has a perfect thickness. No clue, how it is possible that your final print got too flimsy. Thanks for your note.
