I have a Schwinn 800IC, my brother a Bowflex C6 (these are essentially the same bike in different regions). We use Zwift to ride together online, and often talk on the phone while Zwift is running on the tablet. I wanted a way to use both simultaneously without attempting to wedge our phones somewhere on the handlebars.
This model replaces the stock mount on the bike by way of three mounting screws. The mount is likely compatible with any other Bowflex/Schwinn bikes that use the same 3-screw mounting system (Such as the IC4 for example).
Once printed it slots together using dovetails and you can simply use the existing screws to attach it to the bike. No gluing required.
The phone mount is intended to be removable so that you can have it in a tablet only configuration when you don't need the extra mount taking up vertical space.
I recommend adding some rubber feet to the insides of the mount to stop things from sliding around - this made everything reassuringly static for me
There's a provided profile that works fine, however I've also included some 3mfs in the model files that are optimised per-plate rather than unified across all plates into one 3mf.
Those settings are roughly:
0.2mm layer height for everything except the phone stand
0.16mm for the phone stand (for dovetail resolution)
3-4 walls
20-30% Cubic/Gyroid infill
Supports only needed for phone mount portion
Freecad source files also included in case you'd like to modify anything like dimensions, tolerances etc.
