Print the model laying flat with a lot of perimeters (4-5) for good strength.Scale the file in the slicer to the desired thickness of the plectrum, the uploaded file is 1mm thick. Going from 100%(normal) to 200% will give you 2mm and so on.PLA should be a good material for this print considering its stiffness.&nbsp;0,2 mm, 5 walls, 15% infill.

The uploaded file is a standard 32x28x1 mm guitar plectrum. Scale the thickness for the size you want.
