The 0.2 nozzle is extreme when it comes to tiny objects or very high quality.

This is my profile for the 0.2 mm nozzle. Print the benchy if you like, it's at 50% size of the normal one.

Or you can just delete it and add your owns model(s) and use my settings.

I also increased the volumetric speed of the filament profile to what gives the best of quality and speed.
