This is a very basic wall mount design to hold the NOKIA ONT provided by my fiber internet provider. Attach this to the wall with 2 screws, and slide the ONT into it with the back end pointing up. I believe the ONT I have is from the 7368 series, but it's not labeled so I can't be sure.

My initial version of this covered the status LEDs, so I've added a notch on the front left of this mount to allow them to be visible.
