我在设计这款产品的时候,围绕了一个最核心的理念,就是不要支撑!不要支撑!不要支撑!没错,你可以在完全不添加支撑的情况下完美的打印这套模型。由于没有轴承结构,我采用了环形扇叶设计,我认为这样可以最高效的利用流经扇叶表面的风。我在我的车上可以完美的安装这款风扇,你需要把卡扣插在空调出风口上,有两种口径,分别是3mm和2mm,如果这两种口径都不能固定风扇,那么你可以使用TPU打印“卡扣”部分。整个模型的组装都基于螺纹,我在设计时就严格的计算过公差,所以它可以非常完美的契合在一起,不需要进行任何尺寸上的调整!(如果你打印出来的模型装不上,可能是不同打印机之间的个体差异造成的。)

(If your printed model doesn't fit, it may be due to individual differences between different printers.)
