This is V1 of a wind protector I designed for my E-Scooter, but should fit on any bicycle with standard 22mm handlebars and brake levers. It will protect your hands from getting cold due to wind. 

I have ridden on my NIU KQi3 Max with PLA variants of these for hundreds of kilometers. I'd imagine PETG or TPU variants would be even more durable, as there is an obvious weakspot where the split stem meets the shield portion, which can break if hit by a door or the like.

Disclaimer: This part is meant to go over and stabilize using your brake cables. You should use zipties to tighten its grip on the handlebar and attach it to your brake levers. I personally went with two per handguard.
