Are you a film professional who wonders where to safely put your sunglasses or precious prescription glasses during the work day? Me three. Which is why I whipped up a simple glasses ‘dock’ to be used on a camera cage or at a monitor/village. Recommended specs below:
Filament type: PLA or PETG (TPU can be used and is a little less abrasive to your glasses if you're worried about scratching them up. 95A softness and higher recommended as the print can feel a little too flimsy to trust with your glasses).
Nozzle & Layer height: 0.4 nozzle and .2 layer height is fine* (recommended to print the thumbscrews at a higher resolution like 0.12 or even 0.8 to ensure the integrity of the threads is maintained!)
Have fun!
