Neat cabling gives a project a clean finish and helps you trace and debug wiring problems more easily. So I needed a way to secure wiring of varying thickness to adjacent smooth panels.
I made these 3D printed clips to hold wiring in place. The clips are 18mm long by 6mm wide with a 3mm gap. They fit wiring from 24awg to 14awg (16awg at a push). A clip is secured in place by nano magic double sided tape.
My print is made in Bambu Lab PLA Tough Gray filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 25% infill on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer. No print supports required.
I hope that you can find this print useful, too.
Remember to leave me some feedback or even a tip to keep me enthused to make more of these drawings.
