Description:

Light weight spool adapter for the ROSA3D cardboardish material. I found out that with these spools AMS have a problem even though they are not strictly from cardboard. In AMS they tend to just stop spinning or AMS have not enought power to run them through. That is why I made the adapter and it works really great with the spools.

It is made for the 1kg ROSA3D spools you can see on the picture.

Advantages:

• provide smooth rotation within a Bambu Lab AMS,
• prevent clogging and stoping spool from spinning,
• reusable.

Assembly:

1. Print this model twice for a single spool.
2. Line up the pins with the places existing in the spool. Then use a bit of force to push the whole ring onto the spool.

• Print Material: Please print with basic PLA or PETG to minimize any shrinkage.
• Reusability: Remember that when you finish the spool you can just take the rings off and attach to another spool.
