3D print your own Bumblebee Girl figure made from 500% scale replica of popular toy bricks.

Printing Guide

An AMS is required to print this figure. It is recommended to use the print profile I have provided to print this model. I can't guarantee that you will achieve the same success I have, but after several test prints and trial and error, I know this to work. I also recommend printing on a smooth surface PEI plate so your pieces are not textured.

Filament

The print profile is separated by plate for efficiency with printing time and material. You can use whatever filament you have on hand, but I used:

Bee Costume:

• eSun PLA+ Gold/Dark Yellow
• Sunlu PLA Black
• Bambu Labs PETG Basic Transparent for the wings. (I am disappointed in the quality of the areas where the supports were, so you may have better luck with white or transparent PLA.)

Bumblebee Girl Face

• Sunlu PLA Pure Yellow
• Sunlu PLA Black
• eSun PLA+ White
• Sunlu PLA Meta Sakura/Pink for the cheeks
• Inland/Microcenter PLA Coral for the lips. (If you do not have two AMS units, the cheeks and lips can be the same color).

Print Settings

The print profile is set up to print two wall loops and 10% infill on Gyroid, however you can tweak to your liking.

Supports

Again, I recommend the settings I have in the Print Profile. You may need to enable supports by object. I have added manual supports to the overhangs that are critical. Some may need needle nose pliers to be removed.

Assembly Guide

• The head piece is printed in two halves to save on time and material. The pegs can be friction-fit into one half, and then both halves can be glued together with CA glue (superglue).
• The hands fit into the arms and stay with friction.
• The arms effortlessly fit into the torso and also stay with friction.
• The legs may need some force to fit onto the hip piece.
• The hips have a tight fit into the torso, but I assure you they will fit and stay together.
