The model is pretty nice and one of the better ones I've seen with additonal details and I love the proportions, but I do have some notes and requests: Threads and connectors are a bit tight on clearances. Could the design tolerances drop another 0.05 or 0.1mm clearance? I had to use two rubber clamps to finish screwing threads to ensure things lined up. Accidental overtightening can lead to breakages. Loosening the clearances alittle will help everyone print and assemble with ease. The rounded curves near the hand guard base connecting to the handle needs to be widened to allow for clearance from the raised trim on the handle. the outer diameter with the raised trim detail is not a perfect circle. Trim will hit the curves and you won't be able to continue screwing the threads. Not without sanding or carving out the curve for more room. I ultimately had to cut them out with a soldering iron, but I think it would have looked better with them on. Since Makerworld is used mostly with Bambulab printers and the current largest height is 256mm, could you also add additional slices to the blade segments with your custom connector shape? The version I have from you had a 3 part blade with different heights, but even with the updated blade parts in your current raw files- the 3 parts now still hit past the max height in Bambulab Studio and would still need to be sliced. You can slice and add connectors in the BBL Studio, but I do think your connectors have a better shape for stability and part strength once assembled. Thanks again for the overall great design!
