Description

Cublino - Boardgame

Brief description:
"Cublino" is a 2-person game that is played with six-sided dice on a 7 x 7 square playing field.
Players can choose between a casual variant called "Pur" and a more strategic variant called "Contra".
In both cases, players must try to tilt their dice as favourably as possible, as only the top number counts.

Game material
A 7 × 7 square game board made of solid beech wood.
1. One set of instructions.
2. A cotton cloth bag.
3. 14 six-sided dice made from solid maple wood. 7 each in black and white.

Cublino Pure
In "Cublino pur", the players have to move their dice to the opposite side of the board.
This is done by tilting and jumping with the dice.
The game ends when a player has all of their 7 dice on the other side.
However, the winner is the player with the highest score (all numbers visible from above count).
In this example, Black has 25 points and White has 26 points (the dice with the 3 on the playing field does not count).

Cublino Contra
In "Cublino Contra", the dice are only tilted. Jumping is no longer allowed.
In addition, dice can hit each other and thus be removed from the game.
The winner is the player who brings one of their dice to the opponent's baseline.

In this case, white.
