My aeropress didn't quite fit on some recently purchased 20 oz. mugs, so I spent about 15 mins making a “large mug adapter”.

how do you find the measurements for the fillet on the hexagon corners/ would you be able to share them?

IIRC… I traced the outline of the aeropress on paper, extended the straight lines, then measured where the fillet started/ended. You can also trace the aeropress, take a picture, import that into your app (I use Fusion), set the correct size ratio, and then just trace it in a sketch.
