may i ask why 3 stars? what is the issue with the print profile?

I tried to put 5 stars but it would not let me choose anything above 3 stars because this print failed initially due to the outside cutter lifting and me having to stop the print manually. I didn’t get an option to rate the successful print once I restarted.
