<p>I printed mine in PLA and it has held up well so far. I would recommend printing in something stronger like PETG or ASA/ABS. It does need to retain some flexibility in order to clamp on to the internal lip of the tumbler so don't go crazy with the wall count or infill. 3 walls and 15-25% infill should suffice. </p>

<p>I created an adapter that allows Yeti and similar sized tumblers to be held in a three-jaw chuck for a fiber laser. I believe the chuck I use is an 80mm chuck. For reference, it should fit tumblers with an internal diameter of approx. 3.75in. or about 95mm. </p>
