The idea behind this is to replace the OEM soft rubber door bushings with far harder material so it stiffens up the flex in the vehicle chassis.
I have read online this is a high-impact part and thus should not be 3D printed... My doors have not fallen off, the vehicle hasn't folded like a taco, and the bushing has not cracked. I printed this with Carbon Fiber PLA, but a hard TPU/TPE would be a fun test.
Post makes and different material prints as well!

Notes:
I printed in Carbon fiber PLA, not sure if it really matters. My part is strong and light. I'd also like to try this with TPU/TPE.
Designed in Tinkercard using measurements from the OEM bushing. Use the OEM screws and they have a little room to get the fit right.
