Description
I got tired of paper boxes for headless pins and designed a version that is more hardwearing and rugged.
this is for Makita 23Ga/ 0.6mm Headless pins which come in the packs of 10000 and each strip of pins is approx. 65mm long.
Each box can store the whole 10000 pins.
It also has a divider which helps to keep the pin strips tidy and protect them from breaking. Some of my pins are broken as I kept them in the original paper packaging and they did not have any retainer inside)
To assemble the box you need 3x 61mm length of 2mm wire, to act as hinge pin and catch for the latch.
Holes will most likely need cleaning as they will have the seam in them. Run a 2mm drill bit through them.
Lid has a grove for the seal made from TPU filament. Although this is not necessary it will help with preventing pins from rusting.
25, 30, 35mm sizes available as separeate models. if you need a different size let me know/ leave a comment and I will prepare it for you.
