• Make a small hole with a sharp knife first to smoother the process, also its best to make a small hole on the opposite side of the cap to make the drink run smoother without the squeezing the carton pack. This is how you should actually use it. 
• You might need to sand the top cap a bit or print in a higher setting as the print lines might catch each other. It's not a big deal though. I always put the cap on and off a couple of times. I've noticed it also depends on the type of filament you use.
