Description

I normally don't use a case for my AirPods Pro, but they can get scratched during long-distance travel. This case is the solution!

Printed in TPU, the case features a full closure protection with no gap at lid openning area. It's designed in one piece and can be printed without any support.

To ensure a snug fit and easy removal of the AirPods, I've made the internal space slightly larger and added ridges. These ridges, along with the extra space, also offer some shock absorption.

this looks like a great design. when I print in BBL TPU 95A HF it comes out quite stringy. any suggestions to get a cleaner print?

your filament is way too wet. Many types of filaments need to be dried before use. It’s worth to get a filament dryer.

Even after heating my TPU to 55 degrees C for 12 hours & @ 18% Relative Humidity - it is still stringy, :( Maybe speed?

print speed normally don’t contribute to stringing to my knowledge. if print TPU too fast it may clog the nozzle due to the softness of the material.

Other Issues:the speed set in the print profile is too fast! even after fully drying the filament for 12 hours down to 18% Relative Humidity it prints out with lots of strings, and over extruded.

Is PLA possible?

Sorry, I don’t think PLA can be bent to that level and it scratches the AirPods.
