I've downloaded and printed other "projectile" toys before, so my expectations were not that high. Boy was I surprised! This thing printed quickly and well but more importantly; those things come out like a rocket. Mine probably went 8-10 foot. Very good design. Thanks so much for sharing it.

Thank you! I made sure to wait for cooling and they work great!q tip flew across the room. Made enough to give to the kids. I didn't want to waste q-tips so I made PLA ones and added a print profile of them Thanks again!

Great design and toy Q Tip Shooter!!!! Printed many out and used PTEG as it's a little better for this application than PLA, the Q Tips shoot incredibly far.

Try using PTEG if you've got a real laying around somewhere. Mine shots increadably far with it printed out of PTEG.

The profile is good, the gun isn’t.. it shoots about a foot if you’re lucky. 💩

Hey! Sorry to hear that! I noticed that if you use the gun before completely cooled the springs can deform leading to less shooting power. Filament can also be a large factor in shooting distance.
