I wasn't happy with the level of thought given to vibration damping the O3 camera. The GoPro mount is excellently damped, but the O3 damping feels like a bolt-on afterthought. I bought the O3 version so that I wouldn't need a GoPro! Unfortunately, the hardness of the stock O3 TPU mounts didn't dampen motor vibration enough, which impacted the gyro in the camera. The factory O3 mounting solution also didn't allow enough room for ND filters. I wanted a solution that utilized the strengths of the frame, and would allow room for ND filters.
So rather than print some softer TPU units, I used the existing GoPro stabilization for the O3 camera. I remodeled the original part, dropped down a few camera supports, and it's looking pretty good. There's an overall weight savings of about 10g because you can eliminate the aluminum camera mount and screws.

Printed with PLA since the plate floats on the rubber gummies. I printed in white, but black is going to look a lot better.
