3" and 3,5" in ASA 0,2mm x 6walls 30% Gyroid + Support = ca. 8h/print I'm toying with the idea of having one of them printed in HP-PA or aluminum, but I'm a bit unsure whether the frame won't become too heavy with the SLS or SLM process due to the unmelted residues.. would it be possible to include the thickness of the materials in the model calculation?

If you print it in SLA Nylon (PA12) it is going to be very lightweight at 50g for the 3.5 inch (see the pictures below). However the aluminum is not a great choice because it would be slightly over 126g for the same design.

do you need any supports or print in place?

SLS 3D printing does not need supports unlike regular FDM 3D printing where it is necessary to use them for designs like this drone frame.

Would it be possible to also install a DJI O3? can you adapt the design for this? I would like to print it in aluminum in my company

Sure, which version? I am probably not gonna let it generate all over again but I will try to redo the camera mount.

That would be really great! If the O3 or Vista had space for it in the 3 version it would be really great!!

Should it be printed standing up with FDM printer? And does it need support?

It prefered to print it lying flat. Supports are must have.

Would you recommend to use CF reinforced filament to withstand applied forces? (FDM print)

Absolutely yes. CF filaments are the way to go with FDM technology.
