I wanted something to hang in the bathroom next to my home gym and obviously couldn't hang a real 45 pound Olympic plate from the wall so I created this model. It was modeled to scale off of one of my own Olympic plates. You will need to print 4 of the pins which will go between each of the 4 quadrants when you glue them together. The pins just help keep everything aligned while gluing. You will also need to print 4 of the triangular ribs which will be glued on top of the seams at the intersection of each quadrant. I modeled some shallow recesses to help seat those while gluing. Finally, you will need 1 of the center hubs. This will be glued right in the center. It also has a shallow recess that it will seat in while gluing. When I printed mine, I printed it with 2 walls and 20% infill with gyroid infill and it took just shy of 1kg of filament.
