This planter fits snug on drinkrails ( 1x4 , 2x4 ) if you want there is screw holes as well.

when planter is how you want it , water by blocking the drain hole and filling the spout. when soil is damp , remove finger and let it drain out.

watering from the bottom works amazing when trying to grow , if the drain spout wasn't there the water would become stagnant might cause root rot.
