Description

Here is a UK, CY socket safety cover plug to keep away small children’s tiny little hands from the electricity sockets.

I made a few of these for a friend who has a 2-year-old child.

It takes only 16 minutes to print!

Happy printing!

I'm sorry but as a UK Electrician I have to say these are dangerous. The dangers of these can be explained from any of the following links. Printing these in PLA laves a high possibility of the earth pin breaking off stuck inside the socket, leaving the live pins accessible. UK sockets are the most safe sockets in the world, there is 100% no need to add these to them, please take this off the site. https://www.pat-testing-training.net/articles/socket-covers.php https://www.draelectricals.co.uk/why-do-you-cover-sockets-in-the-uk/ https://www.nurseryworld.co.uk/news/article/doh-guidance-highlights-dangers-of-plug-socket-covers

Sorry but If you have kids in the house there is no other way to safeguard from the plugs . Can be printed with PETG or ASA or ABS.
