I've searched for a shower glass hanging shelf but they all either were too complicated, had to be glued or had obvious flaws such as missing slotted holes for water to drain - so I've come up with my own design.
This shelf is very sturdy - it will certainly support even a few kg and doesn't have to be glued, screwed etc. The tray just has to be fitted in place in the 2 side parts.
My shower glass has a thickness of 10mm (the hanger is built for up to ca. 10.3mm - the hook gap is 10.5mm - but you know: tolerances…) but let me know if you need a hanger for a thicker glass panel or even wood. I've tried to make maximum use of the Bambulab X1C and the other Bambulab printers with the same build size (250x250x250).
You need to print the tray 1x + the side part 2x. I suggest you print all parts separately to achieve best print quality. The tray snugs nicely into place on the holders where there is a guiding pin. So the tray won't move and accidentally fall down.
I've uploaded a couple of print profiles:
I've printed my model with 1 outside wall only and it's very sturdy (I've used Bambulab filament which I'm very happy with). If you are faint hearted you can make use of the print profiles with 2 outside walls :-)
The print requires a tiny bit of support (activated in the print profiles) for the pin of the side part. It can be removed easily.
